How to Access the Patient Portal

The Patient Portal provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant method for viewing your lab results, requesting prescription refills, sending a message to your healthcare provider, and much more! Here’s how to get started.

Click on the "Patient Portal Login" button located in the top right-hand corner of the page. This button will take you to the Patient Portal landing page.

You must first sign up for access to the Patient Portal. Click the “Sign up today” link in the lower left-hand corner to begin the registration process. With just a few clicks, you'll confirm your identity, create a password, and sign in! You're now ready to start using the Portal. Click here to view a brief video tutorial on registering for the Patient Portal.

On future visits to the Patient Portal, you will enter your e-mail address and password to sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
